About Me

I have 13 years management and leadership experience where I was able to deliver exceptional results in a business environment. The majority of my experience was in a large public company. I oversaw a sizeable team where business results went from £2.5m to £17.5m. In 2018 I would an award for outstanding business performance. A leader is nothing without their team. I managed a complex events business delivering up to 75 events per year. I managed multiple functions. I trained a lot of new managers and helped established managers refine their approach. Prior to this success I had to navigate the challenges of being a new manager. This promotion didn’t come with any training, so I was out in the wilderness. Eventually I was provided with excellent coaching and training and things started to change. I have recruited, trained and coached individuals from graduate level to managing their own team. Learning to manage and lead was the most significant challenge of my career. It is my aspiration to help the next generation reach their potential in the most stressless way.
